Effective January 1, 2026
1. Course Access
Upon successful enrollment and payment, students receive access to digital course materials for 12 months from the purchase date. Access includes video lessons, downloadable resources, live workshops, and the community forum. Accounts may not be shared.
2. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Full payment is required before course access is granted. Prices may change; existing students are not affected by retroactive increases.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if you have not completed more than 25% of the course content. Requests after this window or after substantial progress will be reviewed case-by-case. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
4. Acceptable Use
Materials are provided for personal and professional development only. Redistribution, resale, or public display without written permission is prohibited. Students must comply with all applicable laws and respect fellow learners in the community.
5. Limitation of Liability
Koground BloomLab is not liable for indirect damages arising from course use. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course. All courses are educational in nature; results depend on individual effort.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Current students will receive notice via email for material changes.
